Cartel Artists was conceived by Evan Shipard initially growing from an existing collective of talent from Australia. Evan, an artist who has worked with teams in Sydney, Los Angeles and New Zealand for over two decades brings classical art training and a technical edge to concept art, digital matte painting, and art direction.
